Since 2000, I have served my practice members in optimizing their health and wellbeing.

I'm originally from Manotick, Ontario, near Ottawa. I studied Biology at the University of Waterloo and completed a Bachelor of Science Degree. After Waterloo I entered the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1996 and graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic in 2000.

I believe in pursuing excellence in the care of my practice members. To this end, I've sought out training and accreditation in various disciplines both within the chiropractic field and in related health fields. I have the highest level of certification within the Network Spinal Analysis method. I'm also a founding member of an international group of doctors called X-cels with a vision to promote excellence in the field of reorganizational healing and wellness worldwide.

I also love children, so I trained and became certified with the International Chiropractic Paediatric Association. Kids love NSA and I always enjoy entraining the many children in my practice. Something I've witnessed with my own kids is that if a child grows up with a clear nervous system they can reach their highest potential as an adult.

When I'm not taking care of my practice members in the clinic, I enjoy skating, cross-country skiing, Olympic weightlifting and spending time with my family. I've been married for over 20 years to my partner and best friend, Scott.
